For Sunglasses:
For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within the first 7 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage from general use, fading or peeling of frames, or loss of screws due to neglect. Sunglasses are very vulnerable to scratches caused by everyday wear. Natural wear of sunglasses does not make them eligible for exchanges.

If the piece has any manufacturing defects, you must write to our email sales@uvaworldstore.com or you can also communicate via WhatsApp at +1-305-491-8875, leaving evidence of the issue. You will have 7 days after receiving it to return it.
Please make sure the item still has the TAPE on it when you return it. We do not accept returns or otherwise process refunds.
We do not accept returns of used garments.
The warranty does not cover the detachment of embroidered pieces or with special appliques, take into consideration that if you bought an embroidered piece, with pearls, beads or special appliques, you must be delicate when washing, hanging and wearing said garment.
